Calendar Order Specifications

Paper Proof Requests - Beginning with 2022 calendars - when entering your order please be sure to type your agency imprint information EXACTLY as you want it printed on the calendar. We will not be able to request revised proofs unless there is a factory error. We will also not be able to make preference changes to proofs such as adding commas, dashes, parenthesis, etc.

If there are any changes to the agency text from last year, please do not request an exact repeat of last year’s order/imprint. Exact repeat requests are only for agency text that is EXACTLY the same as the previous order. If you have any changes, please enter your order filling out the "custom imprint text" fields with your new agency text exactly as it should be imprinted on your calendars. You will need to do this for each and every style of calendar you order.

Multiple Agency Locations/Multiple Agents - When placing an order for multiple agents or multiple locations under one agency we encourage you to place separate orders for each location/agent to avoid factory errors, quantity and shipping mistakes.

Multi-Color Logos - Our current pricing reflects one color imprint only. If you wish to use a multi-color logo on your calendars please reach out to Devin Walsh by e-mail at to proceed with a custom multi-color logo calendar order. This falls outside of our standard program offering and additional charges would need to be quoted.

Welcome to Auto-Owners Insurance Promotional Products on-line. Just use your mouse and click on any word or image to browse the collection. Each category of the catalog is linked to the products available, where you will find an image of each item, along with a description and ordering options. To order a product, simply click on the item, select the quantity, color and/or size option, if applicable and then click on "order". From here you may complete the order form and exit the catalog, or continue shopping.

We will gladly replace any defective merchandise. Before returning a defective or damaged item, please call toll-free 1-888-333-7068. for return authorization. Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt. If the merchandise you receive is damaged during shipping, be sure to indicate this in writing on your delivery receipt. For items with a warranty, please follow the warranty instructions included with the item. Custom imprinted or personalized merchandise is not subject to return unless defective.

Purchases can be made online through our secure checkout by authorized personnel only. For information on how to become an authorized purchaser, please contact your direct supervisor or manager. During checkout, please be sure to complete all necessary information, including purchase order or budget numbers if applicable.

Please note that the estimated total given at the time of checkout does not include shipping & handling charges. Actual freight will be assessed and added to your invoice upon shipment of your order.

Shipping Cost

Merchandise pricing does not include shipping charges. You can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days. Please refer to individual item descriptions for production time on personalized or made-to-order merchandise. Please indicate clearly on your order form if your order is needed for a certain date. Every effort will be made to meet your deadline. Merchandise pricing does not include shipping charges or applicable taxes. Please refer to the shipping chart below for shipping charges.

How do I change my password?

You can update your password at any time through the My Account page by selecting Change Password.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Yes. To do this, choose “Ship to multiple addresses” on the first checkout screen. From here, follow the prompts to either direct each item to a different shipping address, or “Split” the quantity of an item to multiple shipping addresses. How do I update my billing/shipping address or other account information?

You can update your billing address, manage shipping addresses, change your password, and view your order history through the Manage Account page.

A: Geiger will gladly replace any defective merchandise within 30 days.
